Please contact us by TELEPHONE at 609-584-1922 with any questions during the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday. Our office is closed on Fridays.

All Video Evaluation Forms that are forwarded to our office for processing will be issued within 30 days of receiving them and will reflect the date certified on the form. PA Credits are reported electronically.
