Description: When an attorney undertakes the defense of a client in a criminal case or DWI ticket, all manner of potential legal malpractice claims can potentially arise during the case, and after the case is long over!
This 1.5 ethics credit CLE will teach you all the special procedural rules, tactics and strategies for both avoiding and defending a malpractice claim in a criminal or DWI case as established through published New Jersey decisions, statutes and the Rules of Professional Responsibility.
Our Lunchtime Learning courses count as live instruction. Your camera must be on the entire presentation.
