Description: This new course shows you how to respond to negative online client reviews – ETHICALLY!

Nothing can be more hurtful, harmful and frustrating as a negative online review by a former client. Your reputation may unfairly suffer and future clients may choose not to select you! This is especially likely when the review is false and exaggerated while the results of the representation were good to excellent! New Jersey ethics law allows you to respond to negative client Google reviews, but it must be done in an ethical manner.

This 1.5 ethics CLE will provide you with all the information you need to respond effectively to negative online client reviews consistent with your ethical obligations as an attorney.

Our Lunchtime Learning courses count as live instruction. Your camera must be on the entire presentation.
